What Is the PSC?

The Public Service Commission (PSC) plays a huge role in your daily life. They set the rates you pay for electricity and natural gas and make key decisions about Georgia’s energy future. While they don't control your internet or city water, their choices affect your wallet and your community.

These races often fly under the radar—but they shouldn't. The people we elect to the PSC make decisions that can cost (or save) families hundreds of dollars a year.
